Who is behind Pale Blossoms Organics?

I often get asked why I chose to start an Organic skin care company.  I can honestly say, It all started when I was in my early teens.  I have always loved beauty products and anything I could slather on my face, I slathered.  I would go to my local pharmacy and buy mask, cream and anything else I could find.  Then, one day I discovered the beauty supply store.  I probably shopped there at least once a week and bought something new to try and when I was old enough, I got my first job there.  I was in heaven!   I spent the next couple of years working at this beauty supply store (I can’t name it, but it is a huge chain) and learning everything I could about beauty and skin care.  I grew up in a very small town in rural Illinois.  I am the only girl in a family of 5 children.  Growing up in a family primarily made up of men, I can say that beauty and skin care was not a top priority in my house, but I knew what I loved and nothing else mattered.  I kept my love of all things beauty all the way through college and into adulthood.  Fast forward a few years and now I have my first child.  My husband and I started researching everything that went into our new babies food and bath products.  I was shocked at some of the ingredients that were in the items that I was buying for my daughter.  So I set out to research every single ingredient and where it originated.  I wanted to make sure that I was giving my daughter food and bath products that weren’t filled with toxic byproducts.  This also fueled my curiosity about what was in my beauty products.  No surprise there, they, too, were full of toxic ingredients.  All the products that I loved so much and had used for years, I stopped using.  I went to the store to buy some Organic products and oh my gosh, they were so expensive.  I would never be able to support my skin care addiction with these prices.  So,I started making my own products for my kids, my mom and myself (and…shhh..my husband too).  I took a couple of crash courses on making skin care and the chemistry that goes into it.  That first year was filled with many trial and errors (more errors that success).  By the time I had my second daughter, I had a good knowledge of what was safe for her. Through this process, I often thought about the number of woman that were unaware of what was in their daily products that they use.  I slowly started sharing with my close friends and family about their products and their response was the same as mine was.  To Expensive to switch.  This started my journey as a business woman.  I wanted to provide woman with a safe and organic alternative to their daily skin care routine, that was Affordable.  With my husband’s support, I launched Pale Blossoms Organics in 2013.  I often get asked by woman, if I went to college and studied beauty.  I laugh to myself each time I get asked this.  The answer is, I went to college and majored in Political Science.  I went to school to be a lawyer, a far cry from an Organic skin care company owner.  Sometimes life takes us on a journey we never thought of, that is the beauty of life.  Even though I didn’t study beauty in College, my roots are deeply embedded in beauty.  I am a dedicated mother and a devoted wife. I am Kelley Hadireza, Owner of Pale Blossoms Organics.

Hi again! I met you on the 4th of July week in Huntington Beach this year and I purchased the Aches and pains balm in hopes it would help me with the daily pain that I have from Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. I’ve been using it on my shoulders and lower back or wherever I have pain, usually when I go bed and sometimes during the day when I’m really in pain. I have to say it really takes the edge off and is helping…I just reordered the same and also your skin care. I’m very happy I found you! Thank you for all of your research and for the Tenacity to keep going. Your an inspiration to me. I believe firmly that we have to keep eliminating Toxins and Chemicals from our daily routine. 5STARS for me!!! Thank You, Diana Cleveland
